This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through https://templates.webarty.org/, including digital WordPress templates, downloadable files, licenses and optional template-related services.

Because our products are digital and may be accessible immediately after purchase, refund eligibility differs from physical goods.

2. Digital Products

Our templates are digital products. No physical product is shipped.

After purchase, customers may receive access to downloadable files, product documentation, license information and other digital materials.

3. EU Consumer Withdrawal Rights

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have a legal right to withdraw from certain distance purchases within 14 days, subject to legal exceptions.

For digital content supplied immediately after purchase, your right of withdrawal may be lost if you expressly agree to immediate access or download and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once digital delivery begins.

Where applicable, we may ask you to confirm this before providing immediate access to downloadable digital products.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • The purchased digital product was not delivered
  • Download access was not provided and the issue could not be resolved
  • The product is materially different from its description
  • A technical issue prevents use of the product and we are unable to provide a reasonable fix
  • A duplicate purchase was made by mistake

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are generally not provided when:

  • The digital product has already been downloaded or accessed
  • The customer changed their mind after accessing the files
  • The customer no longer needs the template
  • The customer purchased the wrong template but had access to the product description and demo
  • The customer lacks the required WordPress, hosting or technical environment
  • The issue is caused by third-party hosting, plugins, modifications or software outside our control
  • The product was customized, installed or configured as part of an additional service
  • The customer expected features not listed in the product description

6. Optional Services

Optional services, such as installation, customization, plugin setup or SEO setup, may be partially or fully non-refundable once work has started.

If a service is cancelled before work begins, a refund may be considered.

If work has already started or has been completed, fees may be retained in full or in proportion to the work performed.

8. Review of Refund Requests

Approval or refusal of a refund will depend on the nature of the product, access/download status, technical circumstances and applicable law.

9. Chargebacks

If a customer initiates an unauthorized chargeback after receiving access to a digital product or service, we may provide evidence of the order, access, download history, communication and delivery to the payment provider.
